《变节行动》是曾经以《正当防卫》（Just Cause）系列而闻名的瑞典独立游戏开发商雪崩工作室（Avalanche Studios）继《正当防卫2》之后推出多人合作新类型游戏。
在游戏中玩家将扮演Bryant（布莱恩特）将军所雇用的“变节行动”的一员，活用多彩的兵器和载具向恐怖组织司令官发起挑战。拿起手中的武器，摧毁任何企图阻碍玩家保护这个自由世界的事物。
